California Artist's Academy is excited to announce our Spring/Summer 2022 Semester production of SHREK - The Musical - TYA Edition. CAA is a faith-based, educational youth theatre company that offers performing arts opportunities for Oceanside/North County students. This production is for student performers ages 10-18. Performance Dates are July 22-23 and July 29-30 for a total of 6 performances. Venue: Grace Vineyard Church - Oceanside Rehearsals will be on Saturdays 9am to 1pm & Mondays 6pm to 7:30pm. Rehearsals are held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Oceanside. Tech rehearsal will be July 18th-21st during the afternoons. All students will participate in the show and auditions for specific roles will happen in the first few weeks. Students will be coached on what the Director is looking for in each role to help students do their best. Rehearsals/Classes begin on Saturday, March 19th at 9:00am to 1:00pm.
