Rehersal spots opening, long term or short term

Looking to get some mates together to rent a rehearsal spot from Sonance Studios, they just opened up 18 spots,,i think the smallest might be $300 monthly but needing to split that with 2 other musicians that want to record or get loud 24 hour access...Need to split the rent with as many people as possible. me, i'm a noisy person pay on time, don't get in the way, i'm responsible... I'm son of corn pop on YOUTUBE and FACEPUNK Only serious inquiries....
