Ok just last year you could get decent clean respectful 2 bedroom apartments in Frackville, Ashland, Pottsville for $500 month to as high as you want to go and now only this year you cant even touch a one bedroom for less than $800 a month, what happen. These apartment owners are heartless creeps to say the least.
