Please read, this isn’t some sort of gimmick. If you’re like me, life happens and you’re in debt. Maybe you even had a few accounts go into collections. Extra is a debit card that helps you build credit with everyday purchases. Basically you pay for your Starbucks with your Extra card (it’s linked to your debit). It pays the amount using credit, and then uses your debit to pay itself back. The amount is posted to the credit bureaus monthly, and it won’t let you spend more than what you have in your account. It’s genius. Now look, I’m not an expert and this is not financial advice. But maybe it’s something that could help you. My card has just been shipped and I’m looking forward to it helping my score.
