I am in search of free legal advice and possible representation on filing a lawsuit against a city, state, or county depending on what can be done. My daughter was killed in a domestic violence incident in 2017 in another state but was a resident of Oklahoma. Something should have been done before her death occurred. I am looking for someone to help me file a case for free if it is possible and of course, you will be earning a percentage of the proceedings/winnings. If any. I have nothing to offer at this time. That's why I am asking for help. Someone mentioned I can file a nonfeasance I did file a wrongful death lawsuit in 2017 and won. However nothing has been paid out. Details will be discussed.
