Hello, I’m looking for a friendly home to adopt my Collie, Scotty. To be honest, it’s really hard for me to post this ad. He has been with me for three years now (he will be 4 in May), and I will miss him a lot. The truth is that I am unable to give him the life he deserves right now. I work constantly on top of going to school full time and I’m applying for law school this fall, so I can only imagine how busy I will be once that begins. Sometimes I feel bad for how long he has to lay at home waiting for me to get back. He loves to stare out the window at the squirrels and bunnies in my yard. All he wants is a life with loving people and the chance to chase little critters outside. He does extremely well with children, and has never shown aggression or nipped at anyone in the slightest way. His temperament is very sweet and gentle. He is not neutered. One of my favorite things about him is that he is my alarm. His senses are sharp and I feel safe when I’m asleep knowing that he will bark if anyone gets near the house. He is a loyal protector. I am asking a rehoming fee as he was bred by a skilled breeder who hand selected his parents and has champion bloodline in him. I will also have to “interview” potential interests, preferably over video chat, just to make sure he goes to the right home.
