Job Position: Landscape Foreman Hagen Landscape and Barge Services has been designing and installing residential landscapes for 20+ years throughout the Twin Cities. We specialize in hardscape installations of natural stone paving and retaining walls. We have the unique ability of working on a barge to access lake front properties for shoreline repair, permanent dock and landscape installations. We are looking for hard working individuals to grow with our family of professional landscape installers. Position Requirements: • 3 + years experience as a landscape foreman • Advanced knowledge of hardscape and soft scape installations and techniques • Proficient with skid steers, attachments, and excavators • Communicates effectively in English and interacts professionally with clients. (Bi lingual is a plus but not required) • Class A CDL or willing to obtain as well as a DOT Health Card • Ability to perform takeoffs and site calculations • Ability to lead /train / manage a crew of 2-5 people and assign tasks.
