Looking to hire 8-10 reliable skilled carpenters/handymen/jack of all trades to join our growing flipping company. Tasks: All aspects of renovation interior and exterior which would include but not be limited to.. Frame to finish excluding any work to be performed by a licensed contractor. Installing flooring, windows, doors, cabinets, finish trim, hardware, tubs, vanities, light fixtures, outlets, mudding, taping, painting, vinyl siding, working with concrete, decks, landscaping, cleanouts/moving, cleaning, etc. Qualifications -Must have 10+ years of experience in construction Must have your own tools Reliable Trustworthy Hard-working The ability to work independently or with others on our team The ability to lift 80lbs or more The ability to follow directions Mechanically inclined with the ability to think outside the box Reliable transportation Must have your own tools This is a traveling gig as we flip all over CT. We currently have a house in Torrington, Avon, Manchester, Waterbury, Ledyard, New London, and Stonington that all need work. We reimburse.52 cents a mile after 30 miles to the job and from job site to job site. There will be a 2-week probationary period. We run background checks Pay will be $25-$30hrly depending on experience.
