Early 50s bassist looking to join or possibly start a covers project with the intent to gig. Open to nearly anything in terms of genre as long as it suits the venue. Experienced with gear and transportation and I come prepared to play. Not necessarily looking to make regular trips into Anchorage for rehearsals, I live in the Valley, but willing to consider. Most recent cover band was Area 907. Haven't done much for gigs since February 2020 and really looking to get back to playing out, at least, on a semi regular basis. Hello, I am 45 year old bass player and recording engineer looking to "semi-retire" and thought I should put out some feelers as I have no idea where I will be ending up exactly but I intend to just slow down in my life and enjoy the 2nd half of my life away from where I've been living (Florida, Tennessee, Illinois, & New York)... I have been playing for over 35 years and recording for nearly as long.URGENT!!! A FURRY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY IS MISSING. SMALL WHITE AND GREY FEMALE CAT (7-8 LBS) SIX-ISH YEARS OLD SPAYED BLUE EYES JANKY TEETH ROWDY AND LOUD WEARING A COLLAR (maybe with bell, though she's good at escaping it) NAME IS SAPHLET MISSING FROM HOUSE IN NORTH CASPER NEAR H STREET AND SAINT JOHN STREET I am not really into doing a "band" for money but I would like to meet other musicians and I am open to new experiences. My playing experience is mostly in the "Prog-Rock" and Jazz. I can read but I'd rather not do that in this "chapter" of my playing. I am planning to move there in early-mid spring and would appreciate any input or direction anyone can offer. I have a studio in Port Orange, FL and I hope to sell it and/or liquidate most of my gear but I will likely have quite a bit of my things available to bring or just start over... Thanks again Joe
