We are seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair industrial production and processing machinery. Responsibilities: • Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls. • Educate and assist customers. • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business. • Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs. • Plan and communicate to prevent problems and/or resolve emerging issues. • Required to drive to different jobsites. • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and feedback. • Excellent attendance • Willingness to work OT when required. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Previous experience in machinery or other related fields • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload
