* We are a 14-year property management company and constantly adding properties to our portfolio. * For the Greater Cincinnati Area we are looking to add a part-time Property Scout who knows the area well. * This work entails talking to people and possibly looking at properties for us and taking some pictures. * The work can be done after hours or on the weekend, after your regular job. * If you are interested, we will set up a call to determine if it’s a fit for you and us. * The pay will depend on the number of tasks you are able to complete for us. If you’re just talking to people and getting information, we pay $500 to you per property we buy. If you’re able to take a closer look at the property for us, take pictures, and maybe go there a couple of times so we can get everything ready for closing, we will increase the pay above $500, with a max. of $1,000. * Send us a message if you're interested and available and include the best number to reach you at.
