Looking for an experienced EPA & OSHA (minimum 10, 30 preferred) Certified HVAC technician that can install & repair AC and Heating units for residential and small commercial buildings. Allstate Service Group works with warranty companies, insurance companies and local contracts. Candidates must have 3 or more years’ experience with residential properties. Responsibilities: · Diagnose, repair and install parts & units for residential and small commercial properties · Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot · Complete and submit necessary job documentations and summary to management and warranty companies · Able to source necessary parts and provide estimated costs to warranties and/or management. · Know how to operate a smart phone and apps · Be professional and have exceptional follow-through abilities Qualifications: · Universal EPA certification required · OSHA 10 certified (OSHA 30 preferred) · 3+ years’ experience working on residential units, some commercial a plus (5+ years’ experience preferred) · Clean driving record · Able to pass a full national background check & drug test · Must be able to climb roof tops and enter attics · Must have your own tools · Dependable and comfortable with a flexible schedule · Must be able to work weekends · Read and write in English, able to communicate efficiently · Experience with working with warranties a plus but not required Physical Demands (must be comfortable with the following): · Lifting 50lbs or more · Climbing tall ladders · Climbing residential buildings and some small commercial properties · Driving for over 30 minutes between locations depending on workload Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday - 7:00AM to 8:00PM Saturdays - 8:00AM to 8:00PM Sundays - some Sundays required on an as needed basis AAP/EEO Statement We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
