We are currently hiring a Full Time Community Supports Worker and a Part Time Community Support Worker to provide direct support for a gentleman who lives in Stockertown, Pennsylvania. The main purpose of this role is to assist him in living a self-determined life. He enjoys going to the gym, hanging out at the library, participating in self-care activities, and spending time with loved ones. The ideal candidate will have a calm personality with energetic and creative approaches to supporting a person to live the best life possible. The ideal candidate will be motivational but laid-back in their approach to guiding and assisting this person to live a full and meaningful life. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting a person live their life to the fullest, who are engaged in the community and who are supportive to the person and their fellow team members.
