We are experienced, certified organic growers with an 80 acre organic farm located just 15 minutes from downtown Madison. We have all the know-how & infrastructure that anyone with the right drive would need to conduct a large, medium, or small agricultural grow: greenhouses, tractors, irrigation, lodging, knowledge, etc. We’ve designed our farm to grow a wide variety of organic vegetables, fruits, berries, chickens, & more. The sky’s the limit depending on your vision! We supply know-how, tons of help & even room & board. Because both owners work full-time however, we are offering a partnership where you can lead a team and generate a profit. Although you’ll be given a lot of help from the owners it can be sporadic depending on the workload of our regular/full-time jobs. So you and the team (that we jointly put together) need to be the main driving force for our 2022 grow operation. This is an admittedly unusual arrangement in which we, the owners, provide you with the opportunity and the infrastructure to make money from the sales of organic food rather than pay you a salary or charge you rent. You will be able to sell through multiple distribution channels and markets that we manage but we also want someone who is driven to grow & expand our existing channels. In other words, if you’re industrious, you’ll make money! In addition to help from the owners, we provide a stream of volunteers that we’d expect you to manage. These are folks who generally have little experience but they typically provide several valuable hours of field & greenhouse work every day all summer in exchange for acquiring experience & education in organic farming & sustainable agriculture.
