Fix Electric Bass Pedal?

Hi there, I have a broken "EHX Enigma: Qballs For Bass" pedal and am hoping to get it fixed. The overload light stays on as long as the pedal is receiving power. If the pedals is just on the board, it's fine, but if I turn on the "bypass" it cuts all signal. If I turn on the distortion side, it doesn't do anything extra but at least the bass signal can get through. If I use the input and also connect through the dry out then anything going through the dry out still gets signal no matter what I turn on with the pedal. Anyone know any shops that can do it? I've gotten estimates, so I know roughly how much is too much, but these repairs have involved sending it off and waiting long periods. I'm hoping to have it done locally and in decent time. This is my favorite bass pedal, so I'm really hoping to get it back and running. Thanks!
