Flooring Installer Assistant - $1000 Sign-on Bonus Ronks, PA • Join a tight-knit team and invest your time in a successful and growing business • Learn the flooring installation trade; on-the-job training for entry-level candidates • Bring tools from the truck to the construction site • Assist our skilled installers with installing carpet, hardwood, vinyl, ceramic, laminate & other types of flooring • Work with hand and power tools • Clean up the job site • Load tools back onto the truck • Travel locally for work; no more than 1 ½ hours • Offering $1000 sign-on bonus Heritage Floors is looking for entry-level Flooring Installer Assistants to join our team. We sell all types of flooring to residential customers and builders. After 10 years of business, we continue to grow! Our Ideal Flooring Installer Assistant: • Experienced: No construction experience needed; willing to train the right person. • Friendly: Must work and get along with lead installer and other employees. • Good listener: In learning a new trade, listening and following directions is vital for success. • Active: Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work standing, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods. • Motivated: Eager to learn new skills in flooring installation and the construction industry.
