QUALIFICATIONS: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR: Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts. Develop a clear understanding of the hourly and cost budgets for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports and job costs regularly and acting as needed. Communicate budget hours to crewmembers. Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment in good working order. Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removal. Informs manager of problem areas on site, equipment, or supply issues, or of any accident or loss. Ability to identify and diagnose insect and disease. Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements, especially in the handling of equipment. Works to assure quality and timely completion of all tasks assigned. Participates in training programs as required. Performs other duties as required. Ensure all work and materials comply with specifications. Understands the relationship between job quality and customer service, satisfaction, and retention. Provides excellent, accurate, complete, and timely service to clients, vendors, and company staff. Ability to learn and use company software. Minimum one year experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance preferred. Bi-Lingual –Spanish, very valuable, but not required.
