Job description We are looking for someone or a contractor to maintain 3 car washes in Pinellas County and 1 in Hillsborough County. Duties will include, Upkeep and preventive maintenance on 2 automatic carwashes, Self Serve Bays and Vacuums. Basic Electrical and Plumbing Knowledge is a Must!! Must be able to service High Pressure Pumps, in Bay low pressure systems, Timers, Coin Mechanisms, Electrical Control Circuits and Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, RO System, Water Softener and Maintain all Chemicals to Bays and Automatic Washes! Must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable transportation. Small pick up truck would be ideal but not required. Must have all your own tools, Specialty tools will be provided by the owner. You would be required to start at 7 am and will be finished by 3 pm but the amount of hours can vary week to week and schedule can be flexible!!. Drive time between locations is Paid! This is a Salaried Independent Contract Position based on $15 per hour Possibly higher for a very qualified Person.. You will be Paid Cash on Fridays and you will be responsible for filing your own taxes as we will not be issuing a 1099. Work schedule would be Thursday though Monday with Tues and Weds off. Spanish and English speaking preferred but not required. Ideally we would like to find a person that can work into our lead maintenance person, someone that can step up and take control if the owner is away, is a fast learner, Responsible, Trustworthy and can work alone to trouble shoot and solve any mechanical issues that might arise.
