Seeking Property Manager Caretaker Position. Experienced retired couple, property and resort caretaking managers, seeking live-in position, hands-on grounds caretaking (equipment operators), office computer management, security and protection certification. No drama and Back Ground Check OK. Pets: Small dog and house cat. Local references 16 years. Location Wanted: Hwy 395 Spokane to Deer Lake, Coeur d Alene to New Port, and Flathead Lake, Montana. Facilities Maintenance: Large or small estates, homes, recreation facilities, etc., country or rural is a plus, approx. 30 hrs/week. Snow equipment operators and irrigation/pond certified. Available to assist with celebrations and events.
