Service Technician I job responsibilities include: • Responsible for the repairing of Milgard products throughout the location’s geographic region. • Must accurately complete the corresponding paperwork of repair • Ensure truck is properly loaded and load secured; truck is in operational condition and product is delivered without any damage sustained • Reflect Milgard Core Values in all business interactions • Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job Qualifications: • One to two years of customer service experience with mechanical ability • Valid Class “C” driver’s license for state of employment is required • Clean Department of Motor Vehicle • Must be able to lift 75 pounds • High School Diploma or GED required • Must be physically capable of climbing ladders up to 40 feet and working off scaffolding • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Milgard is growing with a track record of strong financial performance, which creates opportunities for team members.
