The Boulders Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a large, luxurious apartment community in Rochester, MN. Candidate must be knowledgeable in all phases of maintenance, hold a current HVAC universal certification and have a minimum of five years hands-on supervisor experience in the apartment maintenance industry. Must be highly organized and a team leader. This is a working-supervisor's position offering good pay, full benefits and free housing, if needed. FREE Housing provided if needed and competitive salary based on experience. $2,500 sign on bonus.
