Landlord needs a screen door replaced on a rental property. $100 for completion of the job. Payment by check only. (You can cash it at my bank until 9 pm Monday thru Saturday). Again: Payment by check only. You will also sign a W9. Lunch or dinner provided. Don't steal my tools. Don't ask for money up front. I don't need to see a 300 page photo album of your past work. I don't need to hear your entire life's story, or why you were in jail. Just do the job and get paid.
