We're looking for solar installers (sub-crews) install all over Indiana - mainly in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Use our material, use our BOS. No out-of-pocket cost! Must be able to knock out (1) 10kW+ roof mount per day (on average). 2. Must be able to knock out (1) 10-20kW ground mount in (2) days (on average). 3. Must have own PV tools (saws, crimps, etc.) 4. Must be a crew of 2+ and be able and willing to start immediately. 5. Familiar with (SolarEdge, SMA, IronRidge, IR Metal, Etc.) a must!
