Able-bodied General Labor with good Carpentary skill needed for a 2 weeks job.
Tasks include by not limited to:
Remove old and install 3 shower stalls to be purchased from Lowes,
Remove and Install 4 windows to be purchased from Home Depot
Better if you have tools but can provide ours for this job
Must be able to get under the house to fix flexible ductwork, repair beams, and clean & dry up crawlspace.
Dig ditches to create waterways for rainwater off the house.
Must have the ability to frame/install a new window in old location,
Frame new entry deck to the second story level of the existing house.
Pay offer depends on carpentry skill, work quality, as a laborer or handyman.
