All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring a local Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex here in Bend. Payrate is $17/hr-$20/hr + DOE Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is a temp to hire position with pay increase and benefits offered. General maintenance, building knowledge, carpet/laminate, fixture cleaning/repairing, doorknob repair/replacement, painting, and flipping of housing experience is preferred. Will also entail a lot of pressure washing and fall leaf clean-up. May be asked to go into rooms/properties to change smoke detector batteries or do a quick fix on HVAC and plumbing issues. Certifications and at least 6 months to a year of experience are helpful but not required.
