Camarillo based solar company is looking for residential PV Solar installers with or without experience. We can train you! Must be reliable and dependable! Meet up each morning in the city of Camarillo to ride in a company truck to the job sites. The job sites will be throughout Ventura County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Riverside County. There will be some overnight traveling required with hotel provided and per diem. You will need to work as a team, communicating with your co-workers, foreman, superintendent, etc.. Ability to handle heavy physical repetitive movememt, able to lift up to 75lbs. Must be able to work comfortably on ladders, sloped roofs, attics, basements, trenches, outdoors in the hot/cold/wet weather. Must have basic hand tools, we will provide power tools. We are a growing company looking for honest, reliable workers. Advancement opportunities are available based on performance and experience. Work days will be 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with occasional overtime. We offer paid sick days, holidays, and vacation. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS: Experience in solar electric service and installation preferred Ability to learn and take instruction Punctuality Comply with all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures Prepare for each job by reviewing job notes and plans Determine work required and gather materials needed Work as a team-player with all company personnel Work with the service teams when necessary to complete tasks Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Must be a team player and able to handle a high volume of tasks Ability to understand and follow safety rules and regulations within PD and OSHA guidelines Must have a clean DMV record
