Band needed for Ojai Deer Lodge nonprofit event

CalWild is hosting our first public event in a long time on April 28th in Ojai. TOAST TO THE CENTRAL COAST is for our Central Coast Wild Heritage campaign, supporting Rep. Carbajal and Sen. Padilla's Central Coast Heritage Protection Act which is working its way through Congress. We need a full band (no solo acts) to play 2 sets, 45-60min each. We can pay $750 and offer free drinks. Ideally, the music is lively, but we're open to many styles – soul, R&B, Americana, rock/pop, jazz, Latin, etc. Should be a fun time! CalWild has been working on this bill for over 10 years! We will party with our coalition partners to raise awareness for this crucial wilderness bill that will spark the local economy, provide resilient habitat for wildlife, and add the highest forms of protection for iconic Central Coast lands and waters. The bill, if passed, would protect just under 300K acres of wilderness, 159 miles of wild and scenic rivers, 8 climbing areas, 34K acres of Scenic Areas, and would designate the 400mi Condor National Recreation Trail!
