I sadly need to rehome my dog. I have had him since he was 2. His bad point is that he has severe separation anxiety and is now showing boredom anxiety. If he is left home alone, he howls and unless left in "his" bedroom; he will destroy the house and be so stressed that he will mess in the house. We have a very active lifestyle that does not provide for him to be with us all the time nor does it provide for keeping his mind busy all the time. He gets a severe ear infection every summer due to his floppy ears. The good is the following: He will sleep all day with you if you let him, he knows commands and stays in his unfenced yard pretty well. Some days his nose gets the better of him but he doesnt wander for long due to his separation anxiety. He is generally quiet for a beagle, he barks and howls if someone is at the door or if you get him riled up and playing around. He is not food aggressive and loves kids / plays with other animals. He is currently not up to date on shots but does get frontline every month. A small rehoming fee is being asked for his food / beds / toys that will come with him.
