Last night I was on a conference call with a guy who places music for commercials, TV, and movies. At one point, he asked for submissions and played them on the spot. Unfortunately, I didn't have anything to submit. Hopefully we can change that. Not looking to make any money off this, just happy to help out. The simplest thing to do is for you to be on the call and send your music in directly. If you want me to do it, we'd have to sign something where you authorize me to submit your music, allow it to be played publicly, and you owe me nothing. None of the stuff he played was guitar-based rock, which sort of sucks, but it is what it is. Happy to discuss more, but after an email or two, we'll need to switch to a phone call.
