LaJoy Group is currently seeking a Route Driver and Manual Loader in Greenfield, WI. *ROUTE DRIVER* Compensation: Starting salary is $1000.00 per week. Schedule: · Candidates must be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. · Shift start time is between 2:00am-5:00am. · Work between 8-12 hour days, depending on the demands of the route. Keys to Success: · Increase Sales · Complete route in a timely manner · Build strong relationships with retail customers · Provide excellent customer service · Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: · Deliver and distribution of merchandise on a designated route. · Proper merchandising and distribution techniques that ensure the sale of fresh products. · Maintain sales relationships and uphold excellent customer service. · Safely operate a company vehicle. · Keeping organized invoices and work documents, preplan orders, etc. · Communicate all issues, in-store and out of store to the proper people including, managers and independent operators. Requirements: · Previous experience in Route Sales, Route Delivery, Management, or Sales highly preferred · Be at least 21 years of age (DOT Requirement) · Ability to pass a drug test and physical as required by the Department of Transportation. *LOADER* Compensation: · $16.50 per hour · Paid Weekly Schedule: · Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday · 2:00pm start time · 8-10 hours per shift · Must be available to work holidays. Responsibilities: · Counting, organizing and separating product orders for delivery routes with strict guidelines. · Once product is prepared, the loader is responsible for manually loading steel carts of plastic bread trays onto box trucks. · This position may require the employee to complete necessary paperwork to ensure correct product is being sent out Requirements: · Attention to detail and accuracy · Must be open to a physically demanding position. · Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred.
