Seeking a seasoned person to join our team as a Lead Field Tech - coordinating and conducting the following: Floor Tech assignments (Stripping, waxing, scrubbing, etc.) Carpet Cleaning (Using a portable machine as well a truck mounted system) Power Washing (Interior & Exterior) Occasionally be filling in as janitorial as needed. This position requires a clean driving record, clean background check as fingerprints will be required for some of the accounts we cover. Must be able to travel in and out of the state. We currently work in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Texas. We are hoping to find someone that is experienced in janitorial and field work as well as can take the lead in getting projects completed. Must be team player, willing to work and able to direct folks. Must be able to write emails and be familiar with phones, tablets, and general Microsoft programs.
