help me install an automatic cantilever privacy fence $30+/hr cash

I am installing 5 new automatic cantilever privacy fences. I want to hire someone who has installed this type of fence before in their day job to help me. I have equipment on site to help lift the heavy steel fence and posts into place, and dig the post holes. Heres the install manual and a short video on the installation process: I want to hire an individual or team to help me complete the installation using equipment and materials such as concrete that I will supply. Please contact me only if: 1. you have installed an automatic cantilever privacy fence before in your job and can show me some proof of this 2. you are willing to travel to my house in Southern New Jersey, Salem County consistently for 1-2 weeks until my project is complete I will pay $30/hr cash at the end of each work day minimum. If you have a pay stub showing that you were paid more than $30/hr in your last or current work as a fence installer, I will match your last pay up to $50/hr cash at the end of each work day. Please note that you will not be able to work here, unless you are willing to show a current photo id to me when you arrive to work (if that bothers you, please dont call me). Also, I do not have any other photos of the job, so please dont call me if you need more photos/videos and please dont call me if you have never installed an automatic cantilever privacy fence before in your work or if you are not available to start my job by March 14th.
