Description

We are looking for several cleaners to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. ---> Must be able to get to our office every scheduled work day in Malvern, Pa ---> Day starts at 8am and ends around 4pm --> Team cleaning, you will be working with a team --> Teams will be servicing our clients in our company cars, using our equipment --> Part time: Which means a full day 6 to 8 hours (3 to 4 days a week) More days available depending on performance ---------------------------------- --> PT OVERNIGHT AVAILBLE (STARTING AT 10PM TO FINISH) - MONDAY / TUESDAY / WEDNESDAY / FRIDAY / SOME WEEKENDS (4 TO 6 HOURS EACH NIGHT) - you will be working with a team, pay increase and promotions available for great cleaners Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations General office cleaning skills Apartment Cleaning Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies BE Friendly BE Helpful BE Kind -----> MORE WORK WILL BE AVAILBLE FOR GREAT CLEANERS! ----> FLEXIBLE SCHEDUALE Pay: Starting From $15.00 per hour
