DELIVERY DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION The Delivery Associate is responsible for delivering parcel packages to both commercial and residential accounts on a route for advance product sales. In addition, maintaining strong customer rapport, ensuring quality service POSITION DETAILS This is a full time permanent position working 8am until finished. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays are required as scheduled. Each week, you will have a stable schedule of at least 3 consecutive work days and 2 days off. Days are designed to be 10 ½ hours long, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks. COMPENSATION The starting rate of pay for this position is $16.50 -19.25 per hour. MINIMUM CAPABILITIES • Must be able to pass a background test and drug screening • Reliable smart phone • Clean driving record • Excellent personal skills when interacting with clients, coworkers and general public • Ability to read map and utilize GPS • Valid Driver's License • Previous experience strongly preferred (but not necessary!!!) • Flexible Schedule • Must be 21 years or older, with a good driving record. • Must be able to pass a Complete Background Screening, Motor Vehicle License Verification, and Comprehensive Drug Screening. • Must provide at least 2 verifiable references that can attest to your prior work attendance, attitude and performance. Your friendly outgoing attitude and your ability to utilize a hand held smart device (GPS/Electronic Mapping instructions), attention to detail, good organizational skills and the maturity to safely operate a car/suv/mini van when delivering will help you achieve new heights.
