Yellow lab type dog seen loose in west Nampa

There is a yellow lab type dog wandering around Stella Point in west Nampa. Seen twice this week, last seen today at 1:50 at Hunt Dog St and Lake Lowell. Would not come when called, wearing a dark colored collar.
