ScreenMobile of Springfield is looking to hire a new lead installer/crew leader specializing in screen enclosure installations, motorized screens/shades and deck railing. We're an established family-owned/operated company that's been taking care of Springfield and the surrounding areas screening needs for over 20 years. Job Requirements: *ABILITY TO READ A TAPE MEASURE *Construction experience, with understanding of framing *Proof of a clean driving record - will be driving truck with trailer sometimes *Comfortable working off ladders and scaffolding on occasion *Ability to lead a small crew on job sites. *Clean and Professional Appearance *Enjoys working outdoors and dealing directly with customers *Is honest, loyal, prompt, and dependable *Eye for detail *Problem solving skills *Ability to use hand tools *Interested in learning - we will train for this position *Take pride in what you do Want to join our team?
