Rockstar property inspector wanted for local, real estate investment company. Our ideal candidate is a motivated multi-tasker that can look at houses, quickly evaluate the condition, and report back to the COO. You'll be required to take a minimum of 100 photos per inspection and fill out an inspection report while on the property. You must possess the ability to work on the fly, have basic camera skills and want to be an extension of our rapidly growing company. Must have your own reliable transportation and a quality device on which photos can be taken. You must also have a general knowledge of technology to share the photos with other members of our team. Our inspections are set quickly, and you may need to be available on a somewhat short notice. If you feel like you are an ideal, understand that work does not end on a Friday, and have a working cell phone you may be an ideal fit. You will be driving to various properties and for the right candidate we are willing to pay on a per property basis. Rehabbing experience is a plus and contractors may apply. Pay rate is $75 flat fee per inspection. Number of inspections per week will vary. Please email your name, phone number, a good email address to reach you back.
