Description
I have an older two-story home that has a vertical 4" cast iron sewage pipe. The job is to:
1.). Take out the existing vertical straight-up sewage pipe. The first-floor wall is already open for complete access. The second-story wall is not so the wall would need to be opened. I can repair it.
2.). Second-story single bath toilet is already PVC and is visible as the first floor has a drop ceiling. Easy access. You just need to hook it up to new 4" vertical PVC you install.
3.). First-floor single bath plumbing is all cast iron to sink, toilet. Needs to be replaced with PVC.
You must have the tools and experience with references.
