Looking for a Practice Space Mate or Two!

We are seeking a musician friend or two to join us in our practice space. Space is stable, we have been in it for over 7 years and plan to stay. The building is well lit, secure, 24/7 access, and has free parking and free wifi. Located near Grand and Western. Added bonus: we are on the first floor for easy loading in and out! The building is fun and full of like-minded artists. We can easily fit the gear for one or two musicians (ie stacks etc), but not a full band (cannot fit an additional drumkit). Great opportunity for a solo artist or duo looking for a place to play loud! We have a PA you can use, mini fridge, and my bass amp tends to be communal as well.
