I am an appraiser trainee. I have done several appraisals start to finish. I have all my own software. I use Total Ala mode and Apex sketch. The only thing I use of my trainers is his MLS. I have a trainer currently but am looking to get more hours and a second trainer for experience. I need very little hand holding. I work very hard. I am looking for a go getter!!
