Looking to get an Atomic4 sailboat engine from 1979 repaired. It is no longer starting. Unsure of what is wrong with it. May just be water in the lines? Had a tendency to stall unexpectedly before never starting again. Boat is at Edgewater Marina, Cleveland OH.
