Description
Ivan and Indira are up for adoption through Independent Animal Rescue. They are from the same litter, and have spent their whole lives together, so they need to be adopted as a pair. BUT, having them as a pair makes them a lot easier. They love to play with each other, which can take the pressure to stimulate off their owner. They're also almost 1-year-old. So they have that kitten energy, but they're old enough to sleep through the night without bothering you.
They are both so sweet. Ivan is a classic tabby and incredibly playful, always dropping toys at your feet. He's less touchy than Indira, but loves to be in your presence and curl up at your feet. Once he warms up to you, he really is the sweetest.
Indira is a beautiful grey tortoise shell. She's less interested in toys, and more interested in cuddling. She loves attention, and will appreciate whatever you give. If there's space on the couch, or on your lap, she'll be there purring.
They really are two of the best cats I've met. I think they could do well indoor/outdoor or fully indoor, in an apartment or house, bigger or smaller. As long as they go together, there shouldn't be an issue. I'm a grad student, and they're perfectly fine keeping themselves occupied at home alone all day.
Their adoption pages are below, and you can setup a meeting to get to know them!
