Must know or be willing to learn how to perform regular maintenance on commercial & residential properties using mowers, edgers, grass trimmers, manual and power shrub trimmers. You will need to Prune small trees / palms, manual and power pole saws as needed. Pick up leaves, branches, clippings and debris as needed. Maintain plant beds - pull weeds, spray synthetic or organic weed control solutions. Must be able to use or learn to use our field C.R.M. (customer relationship software) device. Hooking up trailers, loading / unloading equipment. Typical work day: Monday – Friday 0730 – 630 (hours may vary according to work needed) The work can be repetitive and somewhat demanding, requiring frequent walking, bending, kneeling and lifting up to 40 pound bags, bundles. While performing the duties of this job, employees may be exposed to wet and/or hot humid conditions at 30 minute or more stretch. Minimum qualifications 17 years of age Must have Valid Florida Driver’s License
