Looking to pay **$25** an hour for simple repairs. I do not need a contractor nor contractor prices! I cannot afford. I have many small jobs (such as putting up fire alarm, installing light fixtures etc) however, at the moment I need two things fixed asap; 1) that mesh nylon type of hose that is attached to my kit. Faucet needs replaced as it is leaking 2) my new toilet has been running for a year (ever since the contractor put it in. Please be dependable. Thank you. Email me if interested.
