Licensed builder looking for master plumber for upcoming subcontract jobs on single-family homes. Several small projects ready now. Typical jobs are: - bathroom plumbing updates (i.e. installation of shower faucet, bathtub, toilet, and vanity plumbing) - whole house water line repipe - water heater replacement - occasional kitchen sink and faucet replacement - occasional sewer line replacement to city sewer Must be a licensed master plumber able to pull plumbing permits. Most of my projects involve significant changes beyond the plumbing that I pull building permits for, so the city building departments request plumbing permits for the plumbing portion.
