Deck Stairs

I am wrapping up a deck that I have been building over the last couple of months. I have started on the stairs and I'm at a point where I need help with someone who is experienced so I can make sure they are level, done right, and in less time than I am taking. I have all of the stringers, mounting hardware, screws, tools, and wood already onsite.You can get a sense of the size from the attached pic. It will go across the front of the sunroom and I will remove the rest of the existing stairs before you start. I also have a 4x6 patch where I need concrete poured in front of the deck. In an ideal world, you could do both jobs so I don't need to work with two separate people but I would be open to doing that if I have to. Please respond to this message with your hourly rate, your experience with this type of job, your availability, and a high-level estimate of how much time you think it might take. I don't have time to go back and forth via email so please answer those questions in your first response.
