LIVERMORE, CA — Drivers passing N. Livermore Avenue on eastbound I-580 Wednesday afternoon experienced delays after a minor hit-and-run collision, the California Highway Patrol said. The right shoulder was blocked, CHP said. Lanes were cleared shortly after and traffic was back to normal by mid-afternoon.
