LIVERMORE, CA — The California Highway Patrol issued a traffic advisory Tuesday morning due to high winds on I-580 near Livermore. The advisory, in place as of 7 a.m., was in effect for I-580 between S. Vasco Road in Livermore and Grant Line Road in Ulmar, in unincorporated Alameda County. CHP issued a wind advisory Monday for the Altamont Pass at the N. Greenwood Road offramp.
