The groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of the property in order to maintain its curb appeal. The Groundskeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the Community in an efficient manner. No experience necessary. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in a growing career in the apartment industry. General duties- Walk the property on a constant basis removing litter, trash, cigarette buts, pet droppings and weeds from the grounds. Water and upkeep flower beds. (Very Important) Perform trash out duties of vacated apartments. Will learn how to properly clean and maintain a swimming pool, as well as other apartment related skills.
