Full service Handyman needed ASAP to completely rehab a two flat building in the Lawndale area of Chicago. Plumbing, electrical, tiling, flooring, drywall, taping, mudding, and painting skills required. $30 - $35 per hour based on skill set and experience. Could lead to long term work by servicing many other buildings in my real estate portfolio. Must have own set of tools and daily transportation.
